Queenie Mo

Queenie holds the esteemed position of Senior Advisor, Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Board, at the Office of Sheikh Ahmed Al Qassimi, collaborating closely with the President of the Board and the executive core team to spearhead initiatives aimed at transforming education, promoting sustainable development, supporting Least Developed Countries (LDCs), and fostering financial inclusivity, among other strategic endeavours. The forte of the Office combined with Queenie’s experience is to offer solutions, financiers, investment strategies, structuring, planning of nations’ renewable energy, economic growth, manufacturing, implementation of advance technology within budgets of the governments and obtaining additional financiers or investment modelling.

Queenie Mo’s career has been especially focussed on Business-to-Government (B2G) and Business-to-Business (B2B) endeavours aimed at advancing projects congruent with the ethos of "Beyond Happy, Surrounded by Happiness”, whereby she serves as the Founder of Hawl Alsaada Project Management Services Est. The primary aim is to catalyse GDP growth across continents, address educational disparities, foster environmental sustainability, and cultivate and nurture multicultural relationships among nations and regions, thereby facilitating the expansion and optimization of revenue streams across borders, through sustainable trading and economic advantages and benefits to strive for win-win and align with one belt one road initiatives, including the strive for carbon net zero and the 2015 Paris Agreement.

 

In her capacity as Chief Investment Officer at Quanton Capital Group (QCG), an esteemed hedge fund, Queenie is tasked with orchestrating investment strategies and attracting investors, offering guaranteed returns ranging from 4% to 26%. Notably, QCG’s oversight

has led to the outperformance of the multi-strategy fund, achieving growth rates exceeding 113% pa.

 

In addition, Queenie is also Senior Advisor to the Founder and Chairman of a worldly renowned Swiss Family Office, supporting the family office in asset allocations and building out broader partnerships on a global scale of renewable energy resources, to be impactful and support to provide a better living at a more economical costs for other nations in need.

 

Furthermore, Queenie holds a pivotal role as a Board Director at Lux Creative Hong Kong Limited, an innovative enterprise specializing in bespoke fine art and luxury lifestyle services. Lux Creative is at the forefront of revolutionizing the fine art and luxury asset landscape, seamlessly integrating physical assets with blockchain technology to create 'phygital' assets. Moreover, the enterprise facilitates traditional private sales in fine art, blue-chip assets, and commodities.

 

Driven by a steadfast commitment to effecting positive change and fostering financial stability, Queenie is actively engaged in the development of bond structuring, financial instruments, and investment consultancy services tailored for cross-continental applications. She is also spearheading the creation of an ecosystem on the blockchain to enable fractional ownership of tangible assets and real world assets, thereby democratizing investment opportunities with shares where it can be as low as USD 10.00. These initiatives aim to fund impactful projects aligned with the United Nations' 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), incentivizing investors through gamification and offering rewards commensurate with their contributions.

 

Through her diverse experiences, including stints at Accenture in Management Consultancy, where she served Fortune 500 clients in finance and government investment relations, Queenie has cultivated a wealth of expertise spanning various sectors. Queenie’s leadership skillset and experience has led her to manage departments of 180 employees globally, drove efficiency to 133% within 3 months, cost savings double digits millions per year (alone), along with mentoring fellows to guide them through most ideal career and personal paths to bring out their talents and shine. Her other affiliations include directorship roles at the Hong Kong Power Youth Association, membership in the Asia Society, and founding membership in CLUB DAO, a prestigious private crypto club, underscoring her commitment to empowering youth, fostering community engagement, and driving innovation in the digital asset space, from economic and regional ties to financial inclusion to responsible innovations.
